- Every conversion is unique and individual
- All components are fabricated in-house by Dustin Linebaugh, with the exception of bore and rifle barrel and Bowen sights
- Color case hardening is done by Turnbull
- Barrels are Pacnor or Douglass, purchased in full blanks and cut to requested length
- Barrels are turned round or octagonal and custom fitted to the gun
- Barrel lengths are between 4 and 7.5 inches, as specified by the client
- Barrel band models will have a length of 5.5 inches so as to function with the ejector rod and housing
- All major conversions are fitted with an oversized cylinder patterned from the clien'ts frame
- Cylinders are purchased as oversized blanks of 4340 Carbon and 17-4 stainless seel, then machined to the proper length and outer diameter
- The frame pattern or "center of bore to center of base pin" is measured and the cylender is then built according to that measurement to ensure proper verticle alignment
- The bolt notches are cut using the same frame pattern measurement process to ensure proper lateral alignment
- Actions are cleaned up, stoned, turned and blocked to ensure rock solid and accurate indexing of the chamber to the bore
- Trigger pull is set to a crisp 3.5 pounds, unless otherwise specified by the client
